1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on 9wiket. By submitting a registration form, you declare and warrant that you are aged 21 or older. 9wiket employs age verification procedures during and after registration. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds within that account will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 9wiket platform is operated for and directed at adult players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and legal responsibility. 9wiket makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is legal in any jurisdiction other than those explicitly supported.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on 9wiket. Opening duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. 3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.4 Transaction Fees

9wiket does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider — for example, bKash or Nagad — may apply their own transaction charges independently of 9wiket. You are responsible for reviewing your payment provider's fee schedule.

4.5 Funds Held on Platform

Funds held in your 9wiket account are maintained separately from operational funds. They are not interest-bearing. 9wiket is not a bank or financial institution and your account balance does not constitute a deposit in the financial regulatory sense.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits are subject to the specific wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. Where no specific terms are published, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of 9wiket and may be withdrawn, modified, or replaced at any time without prior notice. Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only and are limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Players who open duplicate accounts for the purpose of claiming a bonus more than once will be subject to account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed profit, or otherwise exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer — is strictly prohibited. 9wiket reserves the right to void any bets placed in connection with bonus abuse and to close the affected account without payment.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

Seasonal and event-based promotions, including those tied to BPL cricket season, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day, are time-limited and subject to their own published terms. Participation constitutes acceptance of those specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on 9wiket are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. 9wiket will not accept claims for cancellation or amendment based on a player's own error after confirmation.

6.2 Void Bets

9wiket reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors in odds display, palpable pricing errors, postponement or cancellation of a sporting event, match-fixing findings by a governing sports body, or force majeure events. In such cases, the stake is returned to the player's account.

6.3 Maximum Payout

A maximum single-bet payout limit applies across all markets. The applicable limit for each market type is displayed within the bet placement interface. 9wiket is not liable to pay amounts in excess of the published maximum payout regardless of the outcome of any single bet or accumulator.

6.4 Integrity and Suspicious Activity

9wiket cooperates fully with relevant sports governing bodies and anti-corruption units. Any account that displays betting patterns consistent with match-fixing, insider information, or collusion will be suspended pending investigation. Winnings from such accounts may be withheld indefinitely. 9wiket reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.

7. Casino and Game Rules

• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploit software bugs, glitches, or undocumented features for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or 9wiket staff through any communication channel.
• Impersonate any other person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any other player's account, to 9wiket's administrative systems, or to any connected infrastructure.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of any outstanding balance, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content published on the 9wiket platform — including but not limited to the 9wiket brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game imagery, software, and data — is the property of 9wiket or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, resale, or commercial use of platform content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from 9wiket.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by 9wiket is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. 12. Limitation of Liability

9wiket does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical repairs, or events beyond our control may result in temporary downtime. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable. 9wiket shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability.

15. Account Closure and Termination

Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their respective outcomes, and remaining verified balances will be returned to your registered payment method after standard identity verification.

9wiket may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms, provide false registration information, engage in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by an applicable legal obligation. In cases of confirmed fraud, 9wiket reserves the right to retain the account balance.

16. Governing Language
